Baking With My Family

Plum Cake Baking With My Family

My sister started this thing, where she bakes with the rest of us. And guess what it’s so fun. The cakes she makes are just so good! She does this at least 10 times a year! This started in 2020 during covid. We were bored so she started to give us the idea of baking to pass the time. And bonus: we get food!

Everyone in my family is a great cook, speaking of cooking, if you are interested you can check out my mom’s Indian Cuisine: / With that being said, I am so hungry just speaking about food!

If you would like the recipe, I am writing it right here, go check it out:

  • Butter – 1 cup
  • Sugar- 2 cups

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • Spice Mix – 2 Cinnamon, 4 cloves, 3 Cardamom

I hope that you are ready with your baking sheets and everything because this is surely going to be fun!

My sister baked cupcakes just yesterday, and they were so yummy! They were soft and fluffy! Normally, we don’t eat that much sugar in our family, especially me! So we decided not to frost the cakes. So I ate a lot! Speaking of summer and hobbies I think you might be just interested in our new post, which was written just yesterday: It does have a post about what you can do this summer, which might get you excited!

Cupcakes are everyone’s favorite but when there is no frosting we often call it muffins. That’s just fun, isn’t it? I love muffins!
