We all know what workout is, if you don’t, listen up!!! Workout is where you get your body moving, and get the heart pumping, it is so good for your body, but you should make sure not to get your body overworked!!!!

Anyways, jumping into the topic, the winter is here!!! And we might not go out in gym to play any sports, and we might not do any activities at home either, but you know what you should. Get your body woke to the reality, and get those muscles working. But, guess your muscle won’t work unless you put on some yoga pants and some music.

Now, let’s see:

There are plenty of music genres and albums for your workout, but the person who should decide what you like is you. And it is you and no else between. So, switch on some Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, Demi Lavato, or any singer, it can be from any country and any language, you just need to get you brain straight, into moving those bones.

I usually like to listen to pop songs, obviously!!!! But I would like to move for any beat.

When you are exercising, you need to wear the perfect clothes that are super comfy. Don’t wear them too tight or too loose. Actually, make sure they are nike pants or sweatpants, those are not too tight or too loose. And next, find the perfect shoes. Let me tell you, that I am obsessed with shoes. If you are like me, find the cute ones and the ones that fit in your budget.

Ditch the Distractions

Distractions are our number one enemy, get that in your head. Phones are a big NO. You know why?????? There are so many examples, one of them is: if you are putting on a specific music, there might be a ad and then, boom you sit there to skip it, but then you get distracted.

Been there, done that. So, I always vote for radios, or maybe more modern, like Alexa or Google Home.
